What we believe

Details I–III

Senior or not at all.

No junior staffing. The person designing the system is the person writing it.
Smallest team that works.

We staff projects with the fewest people who can actually do the job.
You own everything.

Code, infra, docs — yours from day one. No vendor lock, no platform fees.
