Process & timeline
Q-05–10How long does it take to develop a software project?
The timeline varies depending on the project’s complexity, scope, and requirements. Typically, a standard project takes 2–6 months, but we’ll provide a detailed timeline after an initial consultation.
What is your development process?
Our process includes requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. We follow an agile methodology to ensure flexibility, regular updates, and client collaboration.
Do you have project managers?
No. You talk directly to the senior engineers designing and building your software; nobody translates in between.
How do you work with our in-house team?
Three ways: we build it for you, join your team (your standups, tickets, code reviews and tools), or lead it when you don’t have a technical lead. Either way you talk directly to the engineers, in a shared Slack or Teams channel. See How we work.
How will we see progress?
Every week you click working software on a staging site, not slides or status reports. Code and infrastructure live in your own accounts from the first commit, so you can look any time.
Can you lead our team if we don’t have a CTO?

Q-11–12Do you use AI to write code?
Yes, to move faster, never to skip the engineering. AI may draft; a second senior engineer reviews and signs off every change before it merges.
How do you make sure the code is good?
A senior review on every change; tests and CI on every commit, and nothing merges while they fail; every release goes through staging and can be rolled back; and monitoring and alerts are in place before launch.
Security & support
Q-13–16How do you ensure the security of our data?
We prioritize security by implementing industry-standard practices such as encryption, regular audits, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. Our team also conducts thorough testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Can you work with regulated data?
Yes. We’ve shipped under HIPAA, PCI and SOC2, including modernising identity and multi-factor login.
Do you provide post-launch support?
Yes. We run what we launch: 24/7 support, monitoring, fixes, security patches and upgrades. As usage grows we keep performance and cloud cost in check, without a rewrite.
Can we bring the software in-house later?
Yes. It’s yours from day one: code, infrastructure and documentation live in your accounts. When you’re ready we hand it over with walkthroughs, and help you hire and onboard your own engineers.
